Sending Your Rifle via Courier:
 
To commence the repair process via the Courier Guy, which is the safest and most reliable method for both you and us, kindly follow these instructions:
 
• Package the rifle and all necessary accessories securely.
• Address the package to our store at:
7 Sangiro street, Farrarmere, Benoni, Gauteng.
• Within the package, please provide the following contact details:
Your Name
Contact Number
Email Address
• Additionally, include a printed copy of this email conversation for reference.
• Include a detailed description of the specific repairs or services you require for the rifle.
 
Repair or service Procedure:
 
• Our standard workshop labour fee for rifle repair is R600.00.
• Any additional costs related to parts and seals replaced during the repair will be billed separately on top of the workshop fee.
• Upon receiving your rifle, our technician will perform a thorough inspection.
• Following the inspection, we will provide you with a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs and associated costs.
• Once you confirm your acceptance of the quotation with our repair department, our technician will begin the repair process.
• For a precise and updated timeframe, kindly contact our repair department directly. They will provide you with the most accurate information and assist you with any additional inquiries you may have regarding the repair process.
